What's the role?
Join us as the Head of Quality for our Business Unit Installation, where you will have a global impact on the Quality Management of our the products from development to end-of-life. You will lead a team and drive Quality across our entire product portfolio, shaping strategic direction and enhancing our Quality Management System. Reporting to the Global Head of Quality of Hilti, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional quality performance of our product to delight our customers.

What does the role involve?
In this role you will define the quality strategy and oversee all facets of quality management for our diverse business unit portfolio. Your responsibilites will span from product release to supplier management, as well as initiating preventive actions, and operational enhancements. Leading and nurturing talented teams and suppliers across Europe, the US and Asia will be instrumental to your success. What you need is:
- A Bachelor degree or higher in Mechanical engineering with good business acumen
- A proven track record in Quality Management with state-of-the-art methodology know-how ideally in Supplier Quality Management
- Several years of leadership experience of international teams and strong interpersonal skills
- Experience with industrial mass production, ideally in metal forming and coating
- Fluency in spoken and written English (additional languages are a plus)
- Willingness to regularly travel internationally, mainly in Europe
