Regional Talent Acquisition Expert / Recruiter (will relocate to Panamá City)

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to compose our talented team in Hilti that can perform in an international working culture.

What does the role involve?
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll be responsible for filling in positions in Latin America Region (including Chile). You´ll be the first contact with one of the most important people for us, our future employees! Besides doing the activities of recruitment (such as competence interviews, screening, etc) you´ll be involved in Regional Projects. This position has a high impact in our organization, since its supposed to represent our corporate values to understand our cultural fit.

What you need is:
- A completed bachelors degree
- At least 2 years of experience in Recruitment roles.
- Strong communication skills, with fluency in spoken and written in English & Spanish
- Portuguese is desirable
- Passion to learn and drive to succeed
- A proactive approach and self-reliant personality
- International mobility to relocate in Panama City is required to develop this function
