What's the role?

As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for devising and delivering detailed strategies to maximize the profitable potential of customers in the sector.

What does the role involve?

Identify and complete sales activities to achieve tactical implementation of the strategies and action plans of all key accounts.
Develop multi-level contacts within the key account offices as well as major projects.
Actively and effectively promote Hilti products and services and develop specific value propositions and case studies.
Effectively communicate to the sales teams, the key accounts team, and other relevant members of the wider Hilti team [e.g. head office departments, global account personnel, engineering and firestop teams etc.], and actively encourage return communication on a regular basis.
Measure and report on share of wallet for Hilti’s and competitor products and services to aid in the formation of new company marketing strategies.
Establish and maintain detailed customer files and data to provide the company with accurate information regarding the assigned accounts.

What you need is:

  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering or similar careers.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Dynamic personality with strong winning and high performance mindset.
  • Self-motivated, quick learner, and have good initiative.
  • Highly adaptable with a "can-do" attitude.
